# Change Request Notes

## Purpose

This page is a lightweight checklist for future change requests and agent prompts.

## Good Change Requests Usually Include

1. target page or file
2. current behavior
3. expected behavior
4. verification method

## Why This Matters

The repo contains several workflow-specific rules. Vague requests often cause:

* regression in workflow-specific validation
* accidental removal of required payload fields
* confusion between UI-only and backend/runtime behavior
