# My SDP Tickets

The list of SDP tickets currently assigned to you. Use it to see at a glance what work you have left without opening SDP.

## Filter by status

The filter buttons at the top, each with a count:

| Button | Shows |
| --------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **All active** | all tickets that are not closed |
| **Open** | not yet started |
| **In Progress** | being worked on |
| **On Hold** | paused |
| **Overdue** | past the threshold set in Settings |

Press the currently selected button again to clear the filter.

## Finding tickets

There are two different kinds of search that are easy to confuse:

**Typing in the Search box** — filters within the list currently shown, by ID, subject, or requester. Fast, and does not call out to SDP.

**Pressing Enter in the Search box** — searches all of SDP by subject, including tickets that are not yours and tickets that are already closed. Slower, because it has to make a real call to SDP.

The "Showing X of Y" line tells you how many you are viewing out of the total.

## Sorting

Click the **ID**, **Subject**, **Requester**, or **Created** column header to sort. Click again to reverse the order.

## Opening ticket details

| Action | Result |
| ------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Click a row | opens the detail panel right inside the dashboard, with the conversation history |
| Click the icon in the **Open** column | opens the ticket on SDP in a new tab |

The detail panel is read-only. To edit a ticket, open it on SDP, or use [Ticket Tools](/ticket-dashboard-en/user-guide/ticket-tools.md) if the ticket matches an existing rule.

## The Overdue column

Shows the number of days the ticket has existed if it is flagged as overdue; otherwise it shows `—`. The threshold is set in [Settings](/ticket-dashboard-en/user-guide/settings.md) → General → **Overdue (ngày)** (Overdue in days).

## How fresh the data is

The "Last update" line tells you when the data was last read. To fetch fresh data from SDP, press **Refresh ngay** (Refresh now) on the status bar — it takes 30–60 seconds.
