# Overview

The first page that opens when you enter the dashboard. It answers two questions: *how much work do I have left today* and *how many hours have I logged*.

## The metric tiles on the right

| Tile                                     | Meaning                                                                        |
| ---------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Open** | new tickets that nobody has started working on |
| **In Progress** | tickets you are currently working on |
| **On Hold** | paused tickets, usually because they are waiting on a third party |
| **Overdue** | overdue tickets — see how it is calculated below |
| **Chờ Helpdesk** (Waiting on Helpdesk) | IT Portal orders waiting for Helpdesk to process |
| **Chờ giao hàng** (Waiting for delivery) | approved orders waiting to be delivered |

### How Overdue is calculated

A ticket in Open or In Progress status that has been open longer than the number of days set in Settings (**3 days** by default). This is the dashboard's internal threshold for your own tracking — it is not the official SLA on SDP.

To change the threshold: [Settings](/ticket-dashboard-en/user-guide/settings.md) → General → **Overdue (ngày)** (Overdue in days).

## The SDP Worklog block

The total time you have logged on SDP, based on the **Start Time** of each worklog.

| Tile                     | Time range           |
| ------------------------ | -------------------- |
| **Hôm nay** (Today)      | from 00:00 today     |
| **Tuần này** (This week) | from Monday to today |
| **15 ngày** (15 days)    | the last 15 days     |

The **Tiến độ hôm nay** (Today's progress) ring compares the hours you have logged against the goal of 8 hours/day. The chart below it shows the trend by day — the dips are usually weekends.

{% hint style="info" %}
The worklog only counts what you have recorded on SDP. Work you have done but not yet logged does not appear here.
{% endhint %}

## The status bar at the top

Shows whether your SDP session is still valid, along with the ticket counts from the most recent sync.

| Button                         | What it does                                    |
| ------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Refresh ngay** (Refresh now) | reads fresh data from SDP — takes 30–60 seconds |
| **Ticket**                     | opens the quick ticket-creation form            |

**Refresh ngay** is different from the refresh button in the top-left corner. See [How data is refreshed](/ticket-dashboard-en/user-guide/refresh.md).

## Creating tickets quickly

Press **Ticket** to open a form for quickly creating several tickets at once. Enter the subject and requester, and the dashboard suggests a category based on similar tickets it has handled before.

Use this when you need to record work you have done but have no ticket for it yet — for example, in-person walk-up support.
