# Downgrade adobe app

Cách kiểm tra Version:

**Bước 1:** Nhấn tổ hợp phím <mark style="background-color:red;">**Ctrl + ,**</mark> và tắt các tùy chọn đang bật ở **General** và **Apps**

**Bước 2:** Truy cập **Startup Apps** và tắt 2 tiến trình **CCXProcess** và **Creative Cloud**&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Tại app cần cài chọn <mark style="background-color:red;">**◦ ◦ ◦**</mark> <mark style="background-color:red;"></mark><mark style="background-color:red;">-> Old version</mark>&#x20;
